WARRANTY AGREEMENT

12-Month Hassle-Free Naked Product Warranty:

● The warranty start date is the confirmed receipt date.
● The scope of warranty is limited to orders with purchase records on Amazon、AliExpress and our official site.
● For purchases made through AUSDOM’s authorized resellers, please contact them directly.
● We apologize in advance for whatever inconvenience your AUSDOM purchase may have caused.


Process:

● Buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase 
● AUSDOM must document what happens when buyers troubleshoot the product
● AUSDOM must provide advice before product warranty and confirm that the product meets the warranty requirements

Not Covered Under Warranty:

 • Products purchased as 2nd hand or used
 • Products purchased from unauthorized retailer and distributor
 • Damage resulted from misuse and abusive action
 • Damage resulted from chemical, fire, radioactive substance, poison, liquid
 • Damage resulted from natural disaster
 • Damage caused to any 3rd party / person / device and beyond

AUSDOM is not liable for: 
● Loss of data incurred from use of AUSDOM products
● Returning personal items sent to AUSDOM

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and doesn't meet the warranty. For purchases not made directly through AUSDOM’s official website 、Amazon and  AliExpress, please contact the point-of-purchase and ask for return/replacement/repair help.
