Return & Refund Policy

You can return an item you bought from Ausdom only within 30 calendar days after the day you received it.  Contact Ausdom Customer Service at support@Ausdom.com first and we will do our best to advise you. The refund will finish within 2 business days once Customer Service Staff authorized.We require a receipt or proof of purchase in order to process your return or exchange .

  • Returns must include all accessories
    ● Items must include original packaging
    ● Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and doesn't meet the warranty. For purchases not made directly through Ausdom’s official website , please contact retailers for refunds.
