How Fast Can I Get My Products?
With Ausdom.com, we ensure that shipping from China or local warehouse is cheaper and faster than you think. Once you complete the payment, we'll ship the goods out to you within 2 business days. The goods are shipped from China
warehouse to worldwide places within 7-25 days, from local warehouse across the United States within 3-7days.
- After we send out your goods, we email you the courier tracking number.

Where Can We Deliver The Package To?
We can ship globally, however not including countries of political or military factors, such as South Sudan and Palestine.
What Shipping Methods Are Offered?
- We'll ship your goods by air express courier.The choice of courier varies according to the country.
We deliver globally and use several major international air express courier, including air parcel (default) ,UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT and EMS (customer and balance required).
For bulk orders, we can also arrange to make the goods available at our storage for your own forwarder to collect.
About Customs & Tax
Some countries have import taxes, customs duties and other fees. These will need to be paid by you. These policies vary from country to country, so we strongly suggest you contact your local customs office for more information.
Please note, customs clearance procedures may also add to the delivery time.In these cases, we also offer a special China Express Air Mail service for no extra charge. Please inquire if you believe this applies to your country.

- It is essential you provide a full, accurate shipping address, and a valid delivery phone number. If you are drop-shipping, this means your customer's phone number.
- If you believe your package is missing items, includes incorrect items, or has been damaged or tampered with in any way, it is essential that you communicate this clearly to the courier company's delivery driver at the time of delivery. If you accept delivery and sign for the goods it is much more difficult to pursue a claim later.

Track My Order
Ausdom.com will provide order tracking numbers whenever the order status is changed into "Shipped" status. The shipping company's tracking number will be posted into every customer's account page. You will be notified by your registered email with this tracking number. Along with tracking number, customers will enter the shipping company's official website to check the shipping status of your package.
